Processing time
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is printed.

Estimates are business days and exclude public holidays. They start from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including PO boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email pay@homevenora.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
