Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable we cancel that line and refund it.
Pricing
We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If a clear pricing error is found we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
Delivery and returns
Delivery estimates and the 45-day return window are set out on our shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms.
Product use
Products are household consumables and should be used as described on the packaging. Where an item is offered as compatible with other equipment, it is an independent product and is not supplied by or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
