45-day returns

You can return an unopened item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. No explanation needed.

How to start a return

• Email pay@homevenora.com with your order number.
• We reply with the return address and instructions.
• Post the item back — return postage is yours unless the item was wrong or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the parcel being scanned back to us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the item at our cost and you do not need to return the original.

What we cannot take back

• Opened or partly used consumables, for hygiene reasons.
• Items returned after the return window has closed.
