How long before my order ships?
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days after dispatch, and express 1-3. Estimates exclude public holidays and start from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is printed.

What do you sell?
We stock storage supplies and waste essentials. Every listing gives the size, the count and the pack it comes in.

Which pack size should I buy?
Larger packs cost less per item and are the reason most people reorder here. The per-pack price is on each product page.

Is anything sold as refill or replacement?
Where a product is a refill, the listing says what it fits.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to return something?
45 days from delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email pay@homevenora.com with your order number, the items affected, and a photo if anything arrived damaged.

What if it arrived damaged or wrong?
Send a photo and we will replace it at our cost.

Checkout runs over an encrypted connection end to end, and we never see or store the full card number.
